Refund Policy

Subscriptions where the key has been sent by e-mail are non-refundable, whether based on technical failure of Perpetuum, user inability to meet requirements to run Perpetuum on the user’s computer or lack of enjoyment while playing Perpetuum. Once a user downloads and activates Perpetuum, the game is deemed to have been finally sold, and no returns will be accepted by Gamestorm/Avatar Creations. This is a final sale.
