• Fix: Fixed "Item already researched" issues in the research facility.

Modular Private Colonies

• Fix: Some gamma buildings were still having line of sight issues.
• Fix: The destruction process of gamma bases was broken and sometimes did not finish properly.
• Fix: Added specific errors when a building can't be attacked due to being in emergency phase or connected to command relays, instead of just "building can't be attacked".
