Gameplay

• Fix: The game allowed to fill robot cargos exactly, but the cargo check when deploying to the terrain required the cargo load to be less than the maximum. Now the latter will also allow maximum loads.

Modular Private Colonies

• Fix: Activating deployed building foundations sometimes failed to put the buildings on the terrain and left some residual anti-terraform areas.
• Fix: Disconnecting facilities from the main terminal did not properly update the list of available facilities in that terminal.
