New support ticket system

As mentioned on our devblog, from now on when you encounter problems while playing, you can create a support ticket. These tickets are regularly checked by our GMs, and you can also check their progress. The ticket interface is available on our website, under account management:



  • New: Tier level is now displayed in the factory.
  • Change: Chat window now defaults to bottom left for new clients.
  • Fix: Storage operations (loading, drag-and-drop) are much faster now.
  • New: The Help button has been converted to a dropdown menu, where you can find the game guide, career tips, and a link to the new support ticket system.

Note: the previous version of this patch note was slightly longer by mistake, those changes will be only in the next patch.
