Update news for 2010-11-26

NOTE: This is a client-only patch, character deletion for EP change mentioned in the last changelog is still not in effect.

GUI

• Fix: Some players experienced GUI flickering when antialiasing was enabled.

General

• Change: "Show chat join/leave messages" option is now turned off by default (affects only new clients).
• New: Lines starting with / in chat will not be sent when an unknown command was entered.
