Robots and modules

• Fix: The accumulator stopped recharging when it was drained down to 0.

Extensions

• Fix: "Advanced intensive prototype production" has now correctly "Basic intensive prototype production" as a prerequisite.
• Fix: "Expert extensive mass production" had no prerequisites.
• Fix: "Basic intensive reverse engineering" had no secondary attribute.
• Fix: ICS starter Agents got the "Basic optics" extension instead of "Basic magnetostatics".

Industry

• Change: Added at least basic facilities of every type to all bases.
• Fix: Production jobs didn't finish correctly when you were outside or at another terminal.
• Fix: Industrial robots were missing from kernel techlines.
• Fix: Researching kernels on the terrain was still available with multiple selections which caused errors.
